As Broker/ Owner of Stone Realty and Stone Management Company, LLC. I bring a wide range of experience to the real estate and property management industry. I have served the US Army for 22 years; retiring as Army Officer. During that time I served as Commander of a German and American Company, and was stationed in Saudi and Turkey. 

Once retired, I was employed by the US Postal Service as Officer-In-Charge (OIC) and Postmaster and achieved several awards for community work, and Project Management & Organizational Development and Training Program Development. 

Then I changed my focus to being a builder for three years, opened up my own construction company which let me successfully built houses of great quality. 

As a real estate company Broker/Owner I have worked hard to get the best agents, and ensure that they are well trained, loyal, understanding, accountable and creative to provide the outstanding service that is expected from us. As a Broker I have earned designations such as Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) & Graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI). I have also been involved with the community as follows:

EDITA BLANCO

Edita Blanco has been working at Stone Realty since January 2005. In November of the same year, she got her Real Estate license. Edita an immigrant from Nicaragua moved to Jefferson City after living for 6 years in New York.

Her experience with Real Estate started in her sophomore year in high school when she interned for a well known company. She also interned a non-profit organization & later on in her first paid job, she worked as a pharmacy technician.

As soon as three months passed by, Edita got promoted as Administrative Assistant which she has proved to excellent at. She quickly learned the responsibilities of her position, which she managed without hesitation Edita has continually shown herself to be a careful and conscientious individual. The experience she has gained through these years is of great help for the field, as well as her bilingual skills.
